I am not very good at updating my blog so here are some cakes I did over the summer!!

Monster Truck Cake

I made this cake for my Nephews birthday.  The truck tire actually has checkerboard cake on the inside to match the outside flags.  He loved it!

Car Show Cake

I made this Car Show cake for my Father-in-laws Birthday.  The hardest part was finding the Chevy cars and trucks to go on top!  He hates Ford! LOL!

Dallas Cowboy Cake

I am a Bronco fan myself, but my brother-in-law loves the Cowboys!  I made him this cake  and he loved it! Happy Birthday Scott!! 

Minnie Mouse Cake and CUpcakes

I made this cake for my daughters 2nd Birthday!  She is in LOVE with Minnie! I made it with Buttercream and Fondant.  The ears on the cupcake are chocolate mint cookies!  Yum!   Happy Birthday Sweetie!

Outdoorsman Cake

I made this cake for my fathers 70th!! birthday.  He loves everything outdoors!  I think this cake really fit his personality!  Happy birthday Dad!!

Lion cake

Happy first birthday Charlie!!  I mad this cute lion cake with Buttercream frosting and Fondant detail.

Happy 1st Birthday Henry!  It included over 100 large and small cupcakes!!!! This cake was a hit!

Golf 40th Birthday Cake

Happy 40th Birthday to my husband Corey!  I made his cake with buttercream and fondant.  The "sand trap" was made from brown sugar, yum!

Spiderman Cake

Spiderman Birthday cake!  It is made with vanilla and chocolate cake.  I used Buttercream frosting and gel frosting to decorate.

Bikini Birthday cake!  I kept singing "Itzy, bitsy, tiney, weenie, yellow polka dot bikini"!   The man I made this for was turning 40!  He was thrilled  with how it turned out!!

Ruffle cakes are hard!!  The first one is a cake and cupcake I made for my Niece Ella.  The second was my first attempt at a ruffle cake.
