Strawberries/Chocolate Ganache Wedding cake

I made this cake for my friend Amy's wedding. It is made of Red Velvet cake, buttercream frosting, strawberries and Chocolate ganache drizzle. It turned our beautiful and the bride and groom loved it! Congratulations Amy and Peter!!

Sunflower Cake

This cake is perfect for a summer birthday or BBQ!!  It is made of Fondant and Buttercream frosting.  The center of the flower is chocolate chips and the inside is chocolate fudge!  Yummy!
